By using enneagram.work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we offer

enneagram.work is an online personality assessment based on the Enneagram system. It includes a free short assessment with a full written results report, a longer paid assessment that produces a more accurate result, written content about each type, and an optional account that lets you return to your results.

Educational use only

The results, written profiles, and growth recommendations on this site are intended for self-reflection and education. They are not a substitute for professional mental health advice, medical diagnosis, or therapy. If you are struggling, please consult a qualified professional.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
• You may not use the service to harm or deceive other people.
• You may not attempt to scrape, copy, or republish the written content without permission.

Payments and refunds

The paid full assessment is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Access unlocks immediately after payment, which is processed securely by Stripe. Because it is a digital product made available right away, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing what you paid for, contact us and we will resolve it, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

Content ownership

The questions, written type profiles, brand assets, and site design are owned by enneagram.work. Your assessment responses and results belong to you. You may share your results freely.

Service availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, enneagram.work and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which enneagram.work operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The specific jurisdiction and dispute-resolution venue will be confirmed in the reviewed legal version of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
